HEIDI VAUGHAN

Heidi Vaughan is a fine art appraiser and broker who holds a Master's degree in Art History from the University of Houston. She has worked in a professional capacity with many art museums in Houston, including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Blaffer Art Museum, and the Byzantine Fresco Chapel Museum, formerly part of the Menil Collection. She has a particular interest in Texas art and its artists, supporting them through exhibitions and art book development. Heidi has sold millions of dollars worth of art and consulted on thousands of works of art and fine art objects for corporate, institutional, and private clients. She is an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers in Fine Arts, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Houston Arts Foundation, a nonprofit organization that oversees the maintenance and conservation of dozens of Houston's most iconic public sculptures. Heidi is the Co-Host of The Houston Hour with Mister McKinney, which airs every Friday at 6 pm on 90.1 KPFT Houston. She is a member of the Texas Radio Hall Of Fame. Originally from Chicago, Heidi lived in Europe and the Middle East for many years. She moved to Houston the first time in 1995 and the last time in 2008, and has two adult children.

JADA HARRIS

Creating a clear path to financial organization, Jada A. Harris, CEO of Harris & Company, provides accounting and contract management to the Houston small business community and beyond. Jada started her career at a major university 25 years ago managing grants and contracts for both medical research and clinical departments. After serving in multiple roles at the university for 20 years, Jada started her own business in 2007. Since then, she has helped numerous small businesses start and manage their finances using community resources and accounting tools to ensure their success. Jada is a Houston SCORE Mentor, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and serves as an Instructor at the University of Houston's Small Business Development Center. Jada has an MBA in Project Management and a MS in Criminal Justice.
